Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between
you ("User", "you", "your") and pak365 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), an English-language
online gaming information platform accessible at https://pak365.cam. By accessing, browsing or
using any part of the pak365 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to
be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
pak365 provides information, guides and editorial content relating to online sports betting,
live casino gaming and responsible gambling. The Platform does not itself operate a sportsbook,
casino or any direct gambling product. Users are responsible for independently verifying the
legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction before engaging with any third-party operator
referenced or discussed on this Platform.
Important Notice for Pakistan Users: Pakistan's
Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related provincial legislation may apply to online gambling
activities. pak365 does not claim to hold any licence or regulatory approval from the Government
of Pakistan, PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. Nothing in these Terms
constitutes legal advice. Users must review all applicable laws before participating in any
gambling activity.
If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must discontinue use of the pak365 platform
immediately. These Terms apply alongside our
Privacy Policy and our
Responsible Gambling guidelines,
which are incorporated herein by reference.
Section 02
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

"Platform"
refers to the pak365 website, all associated web pages, content, tools and features
accessible at https://pak365.cam.

"User" / "you"
refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether or not they have
registered an account.

"Account"
refers to a registered user profile created on the Platform through which a User may access
personalised features and services.
-
"Content"
refers to all text, graphics, images, data, articles, guides, tips, odds information and
other material published on or through the Platform.

"Operator"
refers to any third-party online gambling company whose products or services may be
referenced, reviewed or described on the Platform.

"Bonus"
refers to any promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload offer, cashback arrangement or
loyalty reward that may be described in Platform content as being available from an Operator.

"PKR"
refers to Pakistani Rupee, the currency used for illustrative monetary figures throughout
Platform content.
-
"Responsible Gambling"
refers to the set of tools, practices and policies — including deposit limits, session
controls and self-exclusion — designed to protect users from problem gambling.
Section 03
Account Eligibility
To register for and use a pak365 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility
requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age
required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the Operator's licensing terms, whichever
is greater. Persons under the applicable minimum age are strictly prohibited from
registering or using the Platform.

Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding
agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under guardianship, or
subject to any court order that restricts your ability to contract.

Jurisdiction: You confirm that accessing and using online gambling
information is not prohibited by the laws of your country, region or province. It is solely
your responsibility to determine the legality of your activities.

Single Account: Each User is permitted to maintain only one registered
account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful, accurate and
complete information during registration and to update that information if it changes.
pak365 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts
where eligibility requirements are not met or where false information has been provided.
Meeting the minimum age of 18 does not by itself make gambling lawful in Pakistan. Local
laws take precedence.
Section 04
Account Registration
When registering an account on the pak365 Platform, you agree to the following obligations
and understand the following conditions:
4.1 Registration Data. You must provide a valid email address, a chosen
username and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.2 Account Security. You must notify pak365 immediately if you believe
your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation. We strongly recommend
enabling two-factor authentication where available. pak365 accepts no liability for losses
arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
4.3 KYC Verification. pak365 and/or associated Operators may require
Know Your Customer (KYC) document verification before processing withdrawals or activating
certain account features. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued national
identity card (CNIC), passport or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC may result in
withdrawal holds or account restrictions.
4.4 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your account at any
time by contacting support. Pending balances will be processed in accordance with the
withdrawal terms set out in Section 7 below, subject to completed KYC.
Section 05
Terms of Use
The pak365 Platform and all Content contained within it are provided for informational and
entertainment purposes only. By using the Platform you agree to the following general
terms of use:

You will use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all
applicable local, national and international laws and regulations.

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that pak365 does not
guarantee any specific outcome, return or profit from any wagering activity described on
the Platform.

You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts or data-scraping technologies to access
or extract Content from the Platform without prior written consent from pak365.

You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with any
software or technical infrastructure underlying the Platform.

You acknowledge that odds, bonus terms, payment options and other operator-specific
details referenced on the Platform are subject to change by the relevant Operator without
notice to pak365, and may not reflect current live conditions.
All Content on the pak365 Platform — including betting tips, cricket previews, PSL odds
guides, casino game explanations and payment-method references — is provided in good faith
for informational purposes. It does not constitute professional financial, legal or gambling
advice. You should exercise independent judgement before placing any wager.
Section 06
Bonuses & Promotions
Where pak365 describes bonus offers — including welcome bonuses, reload promotions,
free bet credits, cashback schemes or loyalty rewards — the following conditions apply:
6.1 Illustrative Figures. Monetary amounts
quoted in relation to bonuses (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000" or "PKR 1,000 free bet") are
illustrative examples based on publicly available operator information at the time of
publication. They are not guaranteed offers and are subject to change by the relevant
Operator at any time.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses described on the Platform are
subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover or playthrough conditions)
as published by the relevant Operator. Users must read and understand an Operator's full
bonus terms before accepting any promotional offer.
6.3 Eligibility. Bonus eligibility is determined solely by the relevant
Operator. pak365 does not administer, distribute or process any bonus funds. Disputes
regarding bonus terms must be directed to the Operator concerned.
6.4 No Bonus Guarantees. pak365 does not guarantee
that any bonus offer described on the Platform will be available to any specific user or
at any specific time. Operators may withdraw, amend or restrict offers without notice.
Section 07
Deposits & Withdrawals
pak365 may reference payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa,
JazzCash, Raast transfers and bank accounts at institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank
and Bank Alfalah — strictly as informational references. The following conditions apply
to all payment-related content:

Payment brand names referenced on the Platform are used for contextual familiarity only.
pak365 does not assert that any listed payment provider endorses, supports or is
affiliated with online gambling or with the pak365 Platform.

Actual deposit and withdrawal options, minimum and maximum transaction limits, processing
times and associated fees are determined solely by the relevant Operator and payment
provider. Users must verify current payment terms directly with the Operator before
transacting.

Currency conversion, foreign-exchange rates and cross-border transfer restrictions may
apply depending on the User's bank or mobile wallet provider and are outside the control
of pak365.

Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) may be referenced on the Platform as available
options at certain Operators. Availability is Operator-specific and subject to change.
Cryptocurrency values are volatile; pak365 accepts no responsibility for exchange-rate
losses.
Section 08
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on or in connection with the pak365 Platform.
Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent
termination, at pak365's sole discretion:
- Accessing the Platform if you are under the applicable minimum age.

Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any
subsequent point.

Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money
laundering, fraud or the circumvention of financial regulations.

Attempting to manipulate, hack, disrupt or interfere with the technical operation of
the Platform or any associated systems.

Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any Content from the Platform
without prior written authorisation from pak365.
-
Opening multiple accounts in an attempt to abuse bonus terms or circumvent account
restrictions.

Harassing, threatening or abusing pak365 staff or other users through any communication
channel.
Section 09
Intellectual Property
All Content on the pak365 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos,
icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software — is the exclusive property of
pak365 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and
intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and
use the Platform and its Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence
does not include the right to:
- Resell, sub-licence or commercially exploit any Content;

Reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise use Content for any commercial purpose without
prior written consent;
- Remove or modify any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice from Content; or
-
Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or service without
express permission.
The pak365 name, logo and all associated brand elements are trademarks of pak365. Unauthorised
use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
Section 10
Limitation of Liability
10.1 No Gambling Liability. pak365 is an information
platform and does not operate any gambling product. We accept no liability whatsoever for
gambling losses incurred by Users at any Operator, whether or not that Operator was
referenced on the Platform.
10.2 Information Accuracy. While we take reasonable
steps to ensure Content accuracy, pak365 does not warrant that all information — including
odds, bonus terms, payment options or game descriptions — is current, complete or error-free.
Operators may change terms without notifying pak365.
10.3 Third-Party Links. The Platform does not include third-party external
links. Where Operator references appear, they are informational only and do not constitute
an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee of any Operator's services, reliability or
regulatory standing.
10.4 Service Availability. pak365 does not guarantee uninterrupted or
error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to
maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak365's aggregate liability to any User
arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by that
User to pak365 (if any) in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.
Section 11
Responsible Gambling
pak365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling in all of its editorial content.
The following responsible-gambling conditions form part of these Terms:
11.1 Adults Only. The Platform and all gaming
information it contains is strictly for adults aged 18 or over, or the higher minimum age
required by the User's jurisdiction or the relevant Operator's licensing terms. Underage
gambling is illegal and harmful.
11.2 Responsible Play Tools. Users are strongly
encouraged to use deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods and
self-exclusion facilities offered by Operators. These tools are available from the moment
of registration and can be accessed at any time from an account dashboard.
11.3 Entertainment, Not Income. Gambling is
entertainment. pak365 does not promote gambling as a means of generating income, recovering
financial losses or funding lifestyle expenses. Users who believe gambling may be affecting
their financial wellbeing or mental health are encouraged to seek support and to use
self-exclusion tools immediately.

Section 12
Suspension & Termination
pak365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User account, with or
without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
- Engagement in any form of fraud, abuse of promotional terms or prohibited conduct;

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period where required;

Receipt of a legal or regulatory directive requiring suspension or closure of the account;
or
-
At the User's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted under our
Responsible Gambling framework.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any remaining
balance will be processed in accordance with applicable withdrawal terms, subject to
satisfactory KYC completion and verification that no breach has occurred.
Section 13
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
jurisdiction in which pak365 is registered, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan
or your country of residence.
Users based in Pakistan acknowledge that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and
provincial legislation may apply to online gambling activities. pak365 expressly does not
claim to be licensed, authorised or regulated by any Pakistani authority, including the
Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial
gaming board.
Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be
referred to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. Users are encouraged to
seek independent legal advice before initiating formal proceedings.
Section 14
Amendments to These Terms
pak365 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments
will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on this page. The "Last Updated"
date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect any changes.
Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect User rights or obligations —
pak365 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users by email or through a
prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication
of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Users are advised to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amended
Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.
